Wow, there's already been a change in Daniel* this morning. Stringing long fragmented sentences together, holding my gaze with his eyes for a long time then walking over to kiss me and talking non-stop. (*name has been change to protect privacy)

Neva understood what I was feeling. She made sure I felt comfortable with the therapy before starting. She knew her stuff and was able to explain in layman's terms what parts of my body were causing the pain, what was going to happen with the therapy and what I should expect. I didn't feel like an idiot. Each session was an improvement. The end result amazing

She explained the things that were "off" in my body — back pain, poor posture, sore muscles, etc — and why they were off matched how I was feeling in my life at the time. She told me that I didn't have to say anything during the session, and I went away feeling lighter than I've felt for a while.
